Mountain Ski Chalets is an independent, family-run business dedicated to giving guests a great holiday in one of the French Alps most beautiful locations: Les Gets. We proudly present two beautifully newly renovated farmhouses. CHALET ABEILLE and CHALET NINE87 sit side by side and are surrounded by stunning scenery offering comfort, tranquility and pure relaxation just minutes from the centre of Les Gets on the free shuttle bus. Our chalets offer a blend of classic Savoyard farmhouse with the comfort, luxury and charm of a modern ski chalet. Relax by the fireplace and take in the stunning panoramic views or have a well earned soak in the hot tub each chalet is a haven of comfort, providing a serene atmosphere to unwind. We offer either chalet on a self catered or half board basis and during the summer season we also offer B&B. Below we have listed a few of the most common questions we receive from our guests prior to booking. We hope this helps you however should you have anything else to ask us please click the button below and we’ll get back to you.
What's included with self catered ?
Self catered holidays include: Egyptian cotton bed linen, fluffy towels, complimentary toiletries, a welcome pack stuffed with local goodies as well as practical things to get you through your first few days. High speed fiber internet, smart TV with UK and French channels, a dedicated host available when needed to offer advise with airport transfers, ski lift passes, equipment hire and more as well a full clean down of the chalet when you leave.
What facilities do you have for children ?
We provide all the essential equipement in the chalet to make your holiday as easy as possible, such as high chairs, cots, stools, nappy changing facilities, a microwave, washing machine, toys, books and games for all ages. We can also stock up on nappies and wipes, or anything else you might need to save space in your suitcase.Along with this, we can organise childcare for you during your stay, from a one off babysitter to a trained childcare proffessional who will collect your child from ski school and look after them in the afternoon at your chalet whilst you enjoy some grown up time on the slopes.
Are pets welcome ?
Unfortunately Chalet Abeille has a no pets policy.
Can we book airport transfers with you ?
We can organise your transport to our chalets to ensure your holiday gets off to the best possible start. Whether you are flying, or coming by train, we can collect you and bring you straight to the chalet door. We use comfortable minibuses, our drivers know the roads well, are all professional and speak French and English. We also provide free booster, baby and child seats as well as carriage for ski and snowboards. Extra costs may incur if you are bringing a bike with you. To have your driver waiting for you at the arrival gate, please enquire on booking for further information.
Can we book lift passes with you ?
Avoid queuing at the ticket office and, at no extra cost to you, we will organise your lift passes for you so that they are waiting for you in your chalet when you arrive, making it easier and quicker for you to hit the slopes.
You can get passes for Les Gets and Mozine which combined totals 157km of ski slopes, or for the full 650km of the Portes du Soleil ski area. We can book passes for just half a day, or for a full 6 days. Please enquire on booking for further information, and we will endeavor to work out the cheapest combination for you that will optimsie ski time, and suit your group, ages and abilities.
What's included with HALF BOARD
On top of everything you get with a self catered stay a Half Board service also includes: your own private chef and in house hosts who will provide breakfast with continental and cooked options, afternoon tea and a 3 course evening meal with unlimited wine during diner service on 5 days of your stay. It also includes daily housekeeping of bedrooms and common areas, a mid week towel change, and the all important driveway snow clearing
Is there parking & Electric Vehicle charging
Chalet Abeille has secure off street parking for 2 -3 cars and includes the use of a free 11kw type 2 charge point. The driveway is shared with Chalet NINE87 so consideration must be given to others when parking & charging.
Can we smoke or vape ?
For the comfort and safety of all our guests Chalet Abeille strictly prohibits smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the premises. Please see our T&C for further details.
Can we book ski hire equipement with you ?
We work with the best ski hire companies across Les Gets and Morzine who will endeavour to bring you the latest equipment from top brands such as: Burton, K2, Dynstar, Soloman and Rossignol. Equipment is available for all budgets and all abilities from beginners to advanced. Trained technicians will spend time ensuring your equipment fits properly, and is suitable for your size, ability and the type of skiing and snowboarding you are planning to do. If something doesn’t feel right after the first day or two, it can easily be changed.

Can we book ski lessons with you ?
We work with a variety of ski schools to suit all ages and abilities. Group lessons can be a fun way to meet other peopole staying the resort, of the same age and ability. Private lessons can be booked for a one off refresher lesson, or to show you around the area, or for smaller groups of up to three.
We strongly recommend that you book your ski and snowboarding lessons or mountain guides as soon as possible after booking your holiday to avoid disappointment. This is particularly important during peak times. Morning sessions tend to be the most popular, so these sell out quickly.
